Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By requesting a quote or proceeding with any work, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

1. About Us

We are a driveway and landscaping company operating in the UK. These terms apply to all services we provide, including block paving, resin driveways, tarmac, natural stone paving, and hard landscaping installations.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are free of charge and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any agreed price is confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to revise a quote if site conditions differ significantly from those assessed during the initial visit.

3. Booking and Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of agreement. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the agreed start date. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.

4. Our Responsibilities

We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill in line with industry standards. We will use materials as agreed and complete the installation to the specification outlined in your quote. We will leave your property clean and tidy upon completion.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area before and during the installation. Any vehicles, furniture, or obstructions should be removed prior to our team arriving. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by restricted access or conditions outside our control.

6. Guarantees and Workmanship

We provide a written workmanship guarantee on all completed installations. The guarantee period will be confirmed in your written quote. Our guarantee covers defects in installation. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsidence, tree root interference, or conditions beyond our control.

7. Materials

All materials used are sourced from reputable suppliers. Where specific products are requested, we will confirm availability and any impact on pricing before proceeding. Slight variations in colour and texture are natural characteristics of certain materials, including natural stone, and do not constitute a defect.

8. Timescales

We will provide an estimated start date and project duration at the time of booking. Timescales may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site complications. We will communicate any changes to your schedule as promptly as possible.

9. Damage and Liability

We take care to protect your property during installation. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will address this promptly. We carry public liability insurance, details of which are available upon request. We are not liable for any pre-existing structural issues, underground services, or conditions that were not identifiable during the initial site assessment.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate your concern and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly. We ask that any complaints are raised in writing via email so that we can maintain a clear record and respond appropriately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
